- Himalayan Kriya Techniques
- Applied Kriya Philosophy based on Kashmir Shaivism and Himalayan Mystical Traditions
- The Energy Anatomy of the Human Body
- How to Teach Himalayan Kriya and Facilitate a Level 1 Class Experience

This 7-day course is eligible for 50 hours of Continuing Education (CE) for Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the mystical traditions of yoga.
- Explore the applied energy anatomy of the human body and learn how energy blockages contribute to suffering, trauma, and recurring patterns.

9:00 – 12:30: Kriya Techniques and Practice
12:30 – 13:30: Break
13:30 – 15:30: Philosophy and Lecture
15:30 –16:30: Teaching Practice
16:30 – 18:00: Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or KAP

Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Yoga Alliance 50-Hour Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Certificate.
