Reservation and Pool Guidelines

Reservations

- Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

-Please note that cancellations are non-refundable.

Pool Usage Guidelines

- Jumping, seating, walking, or standing on the edge of the pool is strictly prohibited.

- Swimming is permitted at your own risk.

- The pool area is designated exclusively for adults aged 18 and above.

- Appropriate swimwear is required at all times, and we kindly ask that you shower before entering the pool. Approved swimwear includes swimsuits, bikinis, and burqinis. Clothing (non-swimwear) and nudity are strictly prohibited.

- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

- Inflatable pool toys or floats are not permitted for safety reasons.

- Running or diving into the pool is prohibited.

- Glassware is not allowed in or around the pool area.

- Please be considerate of other guests and avoid obstructing the pool view for extended periods.

Operational Hours

- Pool and venue hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

- Last orders are accepted at 8:30 PM.

Safety and Security

- Non-compliance with these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

- Risk-taking behaviors are strictly prohibited.

- Our security team reserves the right to confiscate cameras and delete any photos capturing dangerous activities.
