• Opening Experience: Short film & live character introduction of the doshas

• Flow — Vata (Starter): Grounding dishes to settle and open the senses

• Transform — Pitta (Main Course): Deep, rich flavors to activate and energize

• Regenerate — Kapha (Dessert): Nourishing, indulgent close for restoration

• Book Integration: Selected readings from The Power of Ayurveda throughout the evening

• No Refund Policy: All payments made are strictly non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the participant, for any reason, the payment will not be returned.

• Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon by the Usada team.
