What's included

• 3 nights at The Seed, a private oceanfront estate in East Bali
• 4 days of full RYTN programming: daily yoga, guided meditation, movement and strength, sound healing, contrast therapy (infrared sauna and cold plunge), Included guided activies of snorkeling, ebiking and hiking
• All meals at Bloom Kitchen
• Unlimited use of every property facility: the pool, sauna, cold plunge, jungle gym, yoga shala, basement soundspace

Packages

• Shared Room: $1,000 USD per guest
• Private Room, solo: $1,500 USD
• Private Room, two guests: $2,000 USD ($1,000 each)

*Shared rooms are paired with another guest of the same gender.

*If you're travelling with a partner or friend and want to share, book a Private Room (two guests).

Two things to know before you book

The phone lockup is mandatory. When you arrive on Thursday afternoon, your phone will be locked away at the entrance. The lock does not open until Sunday morning. This is the purpose of this retreat and requires all attendes to follow.

Logistics

• Arrivals from 13:00 on Thursday 23 July
• Departures from 15:00 on Sunday 26 July
• 2.5 to 3 hours by car from Denpasar (DPS). Transfers to and from Candidasa are not included. We can arrange a shared DPS transfer at cost, request after booking
• Additional food and drink outside the included programming is available at standard restaurant pricing
• Cancellation: 100% refund 60+ days out. 50% refund 30+ days out. Inside 30 days, no refun but your spot is transferable to a friend with our approval
